This retreat is part of the final Soul Motion training module and it's designed for teachers of any practices, embodied leaders, and anyone who leads groups and works consciously. Vincent will share and pass on 30 years of experience.
What will Vincent work on?
This is an opportunity to help participants uncover their confidence, grace, determination, intuition, and inspiration; to understand and practice the dignity of being a teacher. We will learn practical exercises in perception and presence. How to regulate anxiety, recapture our intrinsic wisdom, and ease in being who we are, shaping our teaching. We will experiment with focusing on sensations and using them as a vehicle for empowerment and confidence to manage any situation that arises.
Here's how it will unfold. Vincent will lead the retreat for approximately five hours a day. During the remaining hours of the day, three Soul Motion teachers will lead the classes you are invited to attend. These classes are optional, and you are free to attend any or all of them. The group will also include the teacher-in-training's students, who will lead small portions of the classes, so you can support them with your presence.
Vincent will teach from July 10th to 15th. You can stay one day more or until July 17th, when the training ends, always after lunch.
