COVID-19’s got us not only physically isolated but also soulfully and psychically isolated, and we’re hoping that this offering can help to align us and join us within the conscious dance community.
These classes will place the dancer at the margins of behind/before, activity/stillness, internal/outward. From these borders the dance is a traveling vessel moving through time and space. Experience how centered you are, immersed in the edges.
Join other dancers from all over the world and let’s connect together as one on the Zoom floor. These live 90-minute classes are just what you’ll need to feel re-centered and re-inspired in these unusual and unexpected times. Come dance with your Soul Motion family!
